Newport Vineyards, a pivotal institution in New England's wine and culinary landscape, proudly announces its 30th anniversary this May. What started in 1995 as a small vineyard on Aquidneck Island has evolved into a premier destination renowned for estate-grown wines, exceptional farm-to-table cuisine, craft beer, and its vibrant community-focused events.

To kick off the celebrations, Newport Vineyards will open its Tank Patio this year on May 23, inviting guests to join in a festive atmosphere filled with wine tastings, delightful dining options, and live music. Guests will receive a commemorative anniversary glass, making the experience even more special. "We are thrilled to celebrate this milestone with our loyal patrons and the hardworking team who have been pivotal in our journey," shared co-founder John Nunes, reflecting on the vineyard's commitment to sustainable farming and exceptional hospitality.

Since its inception by brothers John and Paul Nunes, Newport Vineyards has significantly expanded its operations, now encompassing over 100 acres. The vineyard has incorporated a culinary program that includes an on-site garden and greenhouses while also establishing Taproot Brewing Co., a craft brewery that adds to the vibrant offerings. Over the years, Newport Vineyards has received numerous accolades for its wines and continues to push the boundaries of viticulture and culinary excellence.
