Experience the Enchanting Seasonal Sakura Course at InterContinental Tokyo Bay

Seasonal Sakura Course at InterContinental Tokyo Bay

InterContinental Tokyo Bay, located in the heart of Tokyo, presents a delightful seasonal dining experience at its Italian restaurant, Zillion. Starting from March 1st, guests are invited to indulge in a special Sakura-themed menu that celebrates the beauty of spring through exquisite culinary creations crafted by Chef Yohei Abe.

A Spring Voyage for Your Senses

The Sakura Course is designed to evoke the essence of spring with each dish. The experience begins with a refreshing cocktail, Sakura Royale, infused with the delicate aroma of cherry blossoms, inviting guests to embrace the lively spirit of the season.

Appetizers to Please the Palate

The appetizer features a stunning presentation of Antipasto Misto, artfully resembling a cherry blossom tree. The highlight is a luxurious soup made from seasonal snow crab and potatoes, served with a dramatic touch of white smoke. This artistic dish not only tantalizes the taste buds but also delights the eyes.

Celebratory Pasta and Seafood

Next on the menu is a vibrant pasta dish, Tagliolini harmoniously blended with sakura shrimp and cherry trout, celebrating the colorful spirit of spring. The main fish course showcases a beautifully baked abalone basted in a light cherry blossom sauce, offering a touch of elegance to your meal.

Exquisite Meat Course

The meat course features the tender Saga beef sirloin grilled to perfection, complemented by a tangy berry sauce that enhances the natural sweetness of the beef. This intimate combination of flavors showcases Chef Abe's dedication to creating memorable dining experiences.

Sweet Finale

The meal concludes with a delightful pre-dessert consisting of Earl Grey panna cotta paired with cherry blossom jelly, paving the way for the pièce de résistance: Chef Abe's signature Sakura Mont Blanc, a dessert that encapsulates the beauty of spring.

Exclusive Decorated Private Room

For a unique experience, Zillion offers a privately decorated room where guests can enjoy the ambiance of cherry blossoms in full bloom while savoring their meals. This space, perfectly suited for anniversaries, girls' gatherings, or special moments, provides an intimate setting for delightful conversations.
