Neutrik Group is excited to announce the appointment of Lukas von Arx as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective July 1, 2025. This announcement comes as a significant moment for the company, which is headquartered in Liechtenstein and is celebrating its 50th anniversary in operation.

Lukas von Arx brings with him a wealth of international experience and exceptional leadership skills cultivated in the cables and connection solutions industry. His career journey began with commercial training at Studer Draht- und Kabelwerke AG, followed by advanced studies in business informatics. He holds a master’s degree in accounting and finance, and a PhD in economics and finance. Before joining Neutrik, he held key positions at Ernst & Young, LEONI, and most recently, BizLink.

At LEONI, von Arx played a pivotal role in launching a new factory in India and overseeing operations in Canada. In 2022, he became the President and Managing Director of BizLink elocab Ltd. in Canada, and from 2023, he served as the Global Head of the Tailored Business Unit, managing approximately 1,000 employees across nine locations.

In his new role, von Arx expressed his admiration for Neutrik’s commitment to innovation and high product quality. He believes the company holds significant potential in both mature and emerging markets. "I am excited to build the future of the company alongside our global team," he noted.
