With a total duration of 15 hours, it includes 12 hours of on-demand e-learning that can be accessed at your convenience, followed by 3 hours of interactive Zoom workshops. All nursery staff across Japan are encouraged to enroll, as sessions are available to anyone, regardless of their location. It’s crucial to note that if a participant from outside the designated prefectures completes the training, they will receive a completion certificate reflecting their respective region, but it remains valid nationwide.
