With a total duration of 15 hours, it includes 12 hours of on-demand e-learning that can be accessed at your convenience, followed by 3 hours of interactive Zoom workshops. This hybrid approach enables participants to enhance their skills while balancing their work commitments.

All nursery staff across Japan are encouraged to enroll, as sessions are available to anyone, regardless of their location. It’s crucial to note that if a participant from outside the designated prefectures completes the training, they will receive a completion certificate reflecting their respective region, but it remains valid nationwide.
