DIANA's Sustainable Project: A Recycling Campaign for Eco-Friendly Fashion

DIANA's Sustainable Project: A Unique Recycling Initiative

As sustainability becomes increasingly important in today's world, DIANA Co., a renowned women’s shoe and bag brand based in Akasaka, Tokyo, is launching an innovative recycling campaign. This initiative, known as the DIANA SUSTAINABLE PROJECT Recycling Campaign, will run throughout February 2026, from the 1st to the 28th, encouraging customers to contribute to environmental conservation efforts.

This campaign invites customers to bring in their unwanted DIANA-branded shoes and bags to participating stores across Japan. In return, they will receive a discount coupon worth 1,000 yen with their next purchase, fostering a community of eco-conscious consumers while adding value to their unused items.

How the Campaign Works

During the campaign period, customers can bring their gently used DIANA products to any participating store, excluding certain locations like Artemis by DIANA and TALANTON by DIANA. Every individual is limited to one coupon per visit, regardless of the number of items surrendered.

Particularly noteworthy is DIANA’s commitment to responsible recycling. Collected items will undergo maintenance to identify those suitable for resale. The items that meet the criteria will be listed on the ReLIKE online marketplace, a circular store certified by the brand, with all proceeds donated to World Wildlife Fund Japan (WWF). For items that cannot be resold, DIANA has prioritized thermal recycling—utilizing the energy generated from the incineration of these items to create an eco-friendly solution.

Campaign Timeline and Location

The campaign runs from February 1 to February 28, 2026, and the discount coupon can be redeemed until March 31, 2026. Customers may use the discount at any participating DIANA store, making it convenient to shop and support sustainable practices. However, during this period, specific stores including the Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens, Lumine Tachikawa, and Lumine Ogikubo will be temporarily closed for renovations, so interested participants are advised to check for any updates before visiting.

What To Bring

The eligible brands for this recycling initiative include:
  • - DIANA
  • - DIANA WELLFIT
  • - +diana
  • - CUMUU_DIANA
  • - ARTEMIS by DIANA
  • - TALANTON by DIANA
  • - And many more specialized collections from DIANA.

All items must be complete, meaning both shoes must be collected together, and the program welcomes contributions from customers of all ages, provided that minors are accompanied by a guardian.

Additional Details about the Coupon

To avail of the 1,000 yen discount, customers are required to register as members of the diamo program. It's essential to note that this coupon cannot be combined with other promotions or used at non-participating stores, such as the dimly lit outlets of Artemis by DIANA and TALANTON by DIANA.

This recycling initiative not only supports the environment but also provides customers with a fantastic opportunity to refresh their wardrobes while contributing to a good cause. DIANA maintains a mission rooted in beauty, authenticity, and a commitment to growth within the community. By joining hands with customers to promote sustainability, DIANA is proving that fashion and environmental responsibility can coexist beautifully.
