On February 21, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the
HR Library, under the leadership of Trustyyle Inc. in Tokyo, will host a unique interactive event titled "Learning Bar: How to Become an HR Professional Valued by Management?". This event, set in a relaxed atmosphere that includes food and drinks, is designed for up to 50 participants, focusing on fostering real discussion amongst HR professionals.
Understanding the Context
Many HR professionals struggle with feelings of uncertainty about their impact in organizations. Questions often arise such as, "Am I valued by management despite my efforts?" and "How can I overcome the challenges I face in getting my proposals accepted?" This event aims to address these fundamental issues. Participants will engage in meaningful dialogue, digging deep into the type of work, skills, and mindset that are essential for being trusted by the management.
The Learning Bar Approach
The Learning Bar format, advocated by Professor Jun Nakahara from Rikkyo University, emphasizes the following processes to enhance adult learning:

Note: Shoes should be removed when entering the HR Library. Some seating may require sitting on cushions, so please be prepared. Business card exchanges and sales activities within the HR Library are prohibited.

11:00 AM - Opening remarks & panel discussion by guest speakers, followed by interactive dialogue and a Learning Bar
