CapCloud Secures Silver Certification in Health Management


CapCloud Inc., based in Shinjuku, Tokyo, has recently announced that it has achieved the prestigious Silver Certification for Health Management from the National Health Insurance Association (Kyokai Kenpo) Tokyo branch. This milestone emphasizes the company's commitment to ensuring the health and well-being of its employees who engage in diverse work styles, under its corporate philosophy of “Work Style, Personalization.”

Understanding Silver Certification


The Silver Certification from the National Health Insurance Association recognizes companies that actively promote health within the workplace. As part of their initiative, known as the “Health Company Declaration,” the program aims to acknowledge firms that create conducive environments for health promotion. To attain this certification, companies must demonstrate that they have implemented above-standard health initiatives.
CapCloud's journey began on July 26, 2024, when it officially declared its commitment to health management, followed by the successful acquisition of the Silver Certification on June 27, 2025.

Launching the Health Project


“Healthy in Mind and Body Project”


In pursuit of sustainable health management, CapCloud initiated an internal project titled “Healthy in Mind and Body.” This project was spearheaded by an employee who holds various nursing qualifications and aimed to leverage their experience to enhance the company's health endeavors. The concept emerged from the recognition that in today's era of 100-year life expectations, individuals will need to work and learn until at least the age of 80. Thus, extending healthy lifespans and preventing diseases have become critical challenges.
The project’s objective is to offer tailored health support to employees who adopt diverse working styles and to reassess working conditions whenever necessary, establishing an environment conducive to long-term health and productivity.

Activities Involved


The “Healthy in Mind and Body Project” encompasses several key activities:
1. Health and Work-Life Balance Consultations
- Individual consultations are available, both in-person and online (upon request).
- Employees can discuss health-related issues and work-life balance during their working hours.

2. Health Education
- Monthly meetings promote health awareness among all employees.
- Past discussions have included topics such as interpreting health check results, self-assessment of autonomic nervous system states, and self-care tips for remote work.
- The topics for these educational sessions are continuously gathered from employees to ensure their voices are heard.

3. Health Management Assessment
- CapCloud continually develops approaches tailored to enhance health management and aspires to meet the criteria set by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry for recognition as a “Health Management Excellent Corporation.”
- The company successfully declared its commitment on July 26, 2024, leading to their Silver Certification on June 27, 2025.

Embracing Diverse Work Styles

  • - The primary location can be updated as needed after starting employment, and applications for temporary work locations are also available.
Options for Working Hours

  • - Employees can work from 5 AM to 10 PM based on their specified hours, enabling a flexible balance between responsibilities and personal life.
  • - Combining paid leave with work hours is also possible, maximizing flexibility.
