Hybrid Practical Course to Master HR Skills Valued by Management in Just One Day

Mastering HR Skills Valued by Management

In the evolving business landscape, Human Resources (HR) professionals face various challenges that often hinder their effectiveness. To prepare HR personnel for future leadership roles, Trustyyle invites you to participate in an intensive, one-day hybrid course titled "HR Professional Entry Program - Learning the Basics to be Trusted by Management". Scheduled for November 18, 2025, this unique program, held at the HR Library in Tokyo, combines both in-person and online learning experiences.

Understanding the Need for the Program

Today, HR professionals often grapple with structural problems that make delivering tangible results difficult. Many feel overwhelmed, unsure if they are making a meaningful impact despite their hard work. If you’ve ever doubted your role in the organization, feeling like a mere facilitator between upper management and staff, this program is tailored for you. It offers the essential foundation necessary to transform into a valued HR professional from the management’s perspective.

Target Audience

This course is perfect for:
  • - Individuals aspiring to become HR specialists who wish to drive business initiatives.
  • - Those committed to genuinely contributing to their organization's growth but are unsure where to begin.
  • - HR practitioners eager to align their actions more closely with business objectives but struggle to communicate effectively with management or operational staff.
  • - Future HR leaders looking to develop a management perspective early in their careers.
  • - Anyone from beginners to seasoned HR professionals interested in enhancing their skills.

Course Structure

Spanning over eight hours, the curriculum is carefully crafted around three key themes:
1. Knowledge Acquisition: Understanding the business, organization, individuals, and historical context.
2. Work Methodology: Practical approaches to carrying out HR activities effectively.
3. Problem-Solving: Identifying and addressing HR challenges systematically.

Utilizing methods such as 3C analysis and Plan-Do-See, attendees will enhance their actionable skills to directly link HR initiatives with business outcomes. Furthermore, the course includes a follow-up session one month later, scheduled on December 16, 2025. In this session, participants will gather to share insights and outcomes from the application of their new knowledge in the workplace, enriching their decision-making framework and management perspective.
