New Campus Locations

The first three campuses will be located in Salt Lake City, Houston, and Atlanta, with an expected opening in 2027, pending regulatory approvals. Salt Lake City Campus:
This expansive campus will occupy nearly 113,000 square feet in River Point Plaza. It is projected to accommodate over 3,000 students and will offer programs in numerous disciplines, including Aviation Maintenance Technology, Automotive/Diesel Technology, Electrical Industrial Maintenance, HVACR, and Welding. Such diverse training modules are designed to meet the evolving demands of the industry and provide students with the skills necessary for success.

Houston and Atlanta Campuses:
Both of these campuses, situated in Westchase Commons and Lee + White respectively, will offer essential training programs in the healthcare sector. Each will feature around 45,000 to 47,000 square feet of educational space, serving up to 700 students. The programs available will range from nursing and dental to diagnostic and allied health professions, addressing significant gaps in these critical fields.

Strategic Growth Vision

Jerome Grant, CEO of UTI, emphasizes that these new campuses mark a vital milestone in the company's growth trajectory. "As we enhance our geographical presence in states like Utah, Texas, and Georgia, we are not only expanding our educational offerings but also directly responding to employer demands in these markets. Our aim is to cultivate a highly skilled workforce that can thrive in various industries, particularly in health care and skilled trades," he stated.

Moreover, the expansion aligns with their broader strategy, which includes opening additional campuses annually from 2026 to 2029, diversifying program offerings, and optimizing operations for efficient resource allocation.

Upcoming Educational Initiatives

UTI is not stopping here; earlier this year, they also announced the opening of new campuses in San Antonio and Atlanta. Scheduled for 2026, these facilities will introduce multiple training programs tailored for the aviation, electrical, automotive, and welding industries, among others. Furthermore, a groundbreaking campus set to open in Fort Myers, Florida, marks a unique partnership with Heartland Dental Services and will focus exclusively on dental hygiene and assistance training.
