Discover the Future of Organizational Training with moritomirai

On June 17, 2025, the Trustyyle Corporation will host an innovative workshop game named "moritomirai" at their community space, the Human Resources Library in Chuo, Tokyo. This event aims to instill sustainable perspectives in organizational culture through immersive learning methods designed for modern corporate environments.

Event Overview

The moritomirai session is a 2.5-hour workshop that allows participants to simulate 20 years into the future while engaging with important social issues related to sustainability and resource management. The game positions players in various roles, including forest owners, hunters, local government officials, and housing manufacturers, to tackle real-world challenges collaboratively.

By stepping into these diverse perspectives, players will navigate the complexities of social decision-making, conflict resolution, and stakeholder cooperation in a fun, yet impactful, environment.

This workshop goes beyond just an interactive game; it's a reflective journey encouraging discussions around individual contributions towards common goals. Players will understand how their work aligns with broader community and environmental objectives through the lens of sustainability.
