On December 17, 2025, Coaching Forward Corporation, headquartered in Chuo, Tokyo, and led by CEO Takashi Aikawa, will host a seminar focused on career design in the burgeoning coaching sector. Speaker Introduction


Panelists:
Taiki Sato, CEO of Kokoro Co., Ltd.
Born in 1995, Taiki Sato graduated from Keio University and later gained experience in HR systems as a project manager/IT consultant at WHI for major corporations. He worked at User Base focusing on sales digital transformation and aims to promote mental well-being while revitalizing Japan. In 2025, he founded Kokoro Co., Ltd. and holds a PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation.

Takehisa Tejima, CEO of Co-take Co., Ltd.
Takehisa Tejima has spent over nine years at Hakuhodo DY Group, including significant overseas experience in Shanghai, Beijing, and Taiwan, managing teams of around 20 members. Since launching his own business in 2023, he has coached more than 200 executives and managers, conducting over 100 training sessions on business skills.

Moderator:
Takashi Aikawa, CEO of Coaching Forward, Inc.
With a background in large-scale project management at NEC, Takashi Aikawa shifted to Recruit Company, where he developed HR services. In 2024, he founded Coaching Forward, focusing on integrating coaching into HR services for personal and organizational development.
