TUNAG Announces Engagement Award 2025
Stamen Co., Ltd., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo and led by CEO Taihei Onishi, is excited to announce the
Engagement Award 2025. This initiative aims to recognize companies that utilize the organizational improvement platform, TUNAG (https://biz.tunag.jp/), to enhance workplace engagement.
About the Engagement Award 2025
The Engagement Award is an annual event organized by Stamen to honor enterprises that demonstrate innovative and effective strategies to enhance internal engagement. Launched in 2018, this year marks the 8th edition of the award under the theme
“Make It Happen!”. Through this event, Stamen hopes to disseminate the achievements of participating organizations widely, contributing to improved engagement across Japanese businesses.
Entry Period and Eligibility
The application period is set from
October 1 – October 31, 2025. The award is open to all companies utilizing TUNAG.
Award Categories and Announcements
Winners of the
Engagement Story Award will be announced on December 15, 2025, on the official Engagement Award site. The
Engagement of the Year and
Engagement Action Award winners will be revealed at a ceremony held on January 16, 2026.
Award Categories
- - Engagement of the Year Award: This award will be given to one company with the most impactful story among the Engagement Story Award recipients.
- - Engagement Story Award: Companies submit stories that will be evaluated based on their significant effects on their organization and future outlook.
- - Engagement Action Award: This recognizes TUNAG-related actions across five categories, assessed based on change rates and continuity from the previous year.
Submission Categories
1.
Post Submission: Aimed at fostering trust within organizations, highlighting the importance of knowing colleagues. The evaluation will focus on the number of posts made for information sharing.
2.
Read Rate: This evaluates how effectively shared information reaches the intended audience, looking at the read rates.
3.
Engagement Column: The goal is to communicate the organization's direction and decision-making intent, valued through post submissions from top management or similar levels.
4.
Comment Section: Encouraging openness in expressing thoughts and ideas within the organization, where the comment rate indicates the level of comfort employees feel in sharing their opinions.
5.
Utilization Rate: This assesses how employees closest to ground realities share timely information via TUNAG.
