Experience the Heart of Mexico at the National Azabu Mexican Fair

From May 15 to May 31, National Azabu, located in Minato, Tokyo, is set to host the National Azabu Mexican Fair in collaboration with the Embassy of Mexico. This event focuses on celebrating the rich culinary culture and vibrant spirit of Mexico, offering an array of unique grocery items that are rarely found in Japan and engaging cultural experiences.

A Two-Day Farmers Market to Celebrate Mexico!

On the weekend of May 16 and 17, one of our most beloved monthly events, the National Azabu Farmers Market, will be transformed with an exclusive Mexican theme. More than ten vendors will be present, providing a selection of authentic Mexican food and beverages, including tequila and freshly made organic vegetables—all sourced from local farmers. This is an excellent opportunity to connect producers directly with customers!

Throughout both days, attendees can enjoy delicious, freshly prepared tacos by the 440broadway food truck, as well as a special booth from the Mexican Embassy, showcasing Mexico's rich culture and attractions.

Special experiences await on both days as well:

- May 16 (Saturday): A live cooking demonstration by a chef from the Mexican Embassy. Watch as they prepare their recommended dish, Shredded Pork Rib Tacos using ingredients available for purchase in-store.

- May 17 (Sunday): A piñata experience exclusively for children! Participate in this cherished Mexican tradition of breaking a piñata filled with treats, believed to bring good luck.

Time slots: 12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 13:30
Capacity: The first 10 children per time slot, ages 5 to 12, can join for free!
