Course Content Breakdown

Understanding Business and Management

Participants will explore how HR professionals comprehend business landscapes and managerial roles. The session will highlight using the company's services within a 3C framework (Customer, Competitor, Company) to assess customer preferences and evaluate market dynamics. Discussions will focus on business processes, bottlenecks, and the inherent risks that management faces, providing actionable insights for HR.

Effective Work Methodologies

HR practitioners will learn to navigate through a unique six-step process: Know, Mull, Think, Present, Execute, and Reflect. This structured approach integrates HR functions like recruitment, labor management, and performance system development, enabling participants to articulate why specific actions are critical to their organizations.

Problem-Solving in Human Resources

Much of HR's struggle to correlate efforts with company outcomes stems from either misidentified or neglected essential issues. This component will equip participants with tools to discern and address the core challenges within their organizations, significantly improving workplace dynamics and operational effectiveness.

Follow-Up Session

After completing the core eight-hour course, participants will engage in the follow-up session, consolidating their learning through practical discussions, query exploration, and feedback reflection one month later. This session emphasizes the value of real-world application and continuous improvement.
