√EDEN Collaboration Campaign: Uniting Akihabara for an Exciting Experience
The Akihabara district is poised to be transformed by the upcoming promotion for the Play By Web game,
√EDEN. This campaign will run for 16 days, starting from
October 4, 2025, and is a joint effort between
Kayac Akiba Studio and
Tommy Walker. Here’s what fans of the game and the area can look forward to!
What's Happening?
The collaboration will involve 16 stores in the Akihabara area, making it not just a local promotion but a community-wide event. Participating stores will distribute exclusive card-shaped flyers and the '√EDEN Start Guide' pamphlet. Additionally, banners and posters related to the game will be displayed throughout the streets of Akihabara, enhancing the atmosphere of this captivating universe.
Campaign Details:
- - Date: October 4 (Sat) to October 19 (Sun), 2025
- - Participating Stores: 16 locations around Akihabara, including:
- TRPG & Mad Miss Cafe Monodrako
- Shosen Book Tower
- Sanseido Bookstore Atré Akihabara 1
- Animate Akihabara
- AKIHABARA Gamers Main Store
- Yellow Submarine Akihabara Store

- And many more!
Special Offers:
Customers spending 1,000 yen or more at any participating store will receive an exclusive flyer, while supplies last. For those interested, the '√EDEN Start Guide' will also be available to enhance the gaming experience. It’s worth noting that the exclusive flyers will be randomly distributed one per transaction.
Online Connection:
In addition to physical store interactions, the campaign will feature activities within the
√EDEN game itself. Players will need to capture photos of the campaign goods without showing people and share them on social media. This will not only promote the campaign but also enhance gameplay as those actions can save many civilians' lives in the game. Full details about this aspect will be revealed inside the game on
October 4.
What is ‘Play By Web’?
For those unfamiliar,
Play By Web (PBW) is a unique gaming format where players engage through written interactions. Participants create their player characters, defining how they engage with the narrative and appearance, leading to their actions being transformed into stories or illustrations. This deeply interactive format allows users to enjoy personalized stories based on their creativity. Each piece of content is treated as a unique item, fostering a deeper connection with their characters, a hallmark of this human-powered RPG model.
The √EDEN Universe
The world of √EDEN is a brainchild of Kayac Akiba Studio's IP production division. It aims for a wide-ranging expansion across various media, including games, anime, and merchandise. By cultivating the IP through multiple channels, the project seeks to establish √EDEN as a significant universe, inviting fans to partake in its growth and creative process.
