On November 16, 2025, Trustyyle Co., Ltd., led by CEO Yosuke Yoshida, will hold a specialized seminar titled "Enhancing Human Skills: A 1-on-3 Dialogue Workshop" at the HR Library in Tokyo. This event is designed to guide HR personnel and managers in acquiring essential human skills required to nurture talent in a rapidly changing workplace.

Overview of the Seminar


Led by Kyoko Ueno, president of the NPO Win-Win Development Association, the seminar will focus on human skills and dialogue competency vital for leaders and HR professionals. With over 600 seminars under her belt as a facilitator of the "7 Habits" training, Ueno will provide participants with hands-on experiences to learn about the new 1-on-3 dialogue method designed to strengthen communication abilities.

In addition, Kenichi Yamazaki, Manager of the HR Department at Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd., will be a guest speaker, sharing real-world insights from his extensive experience in talent development.

Additional Information


Participants must remove their shoes upon entering the HR Library and may have to sit on cushioned floors. Please note that business card exchanges and promotional activities are not permitted within the library premises.

Kyoko Ueno
President of NPO Win-Win Development Association
With over two decades of experience, Ueno has developed numerous training programs focused on coaching and human development. She aims to expand the reach of the 1-on-3 method and create learning opportunities spanning various themes including engagement enhancement.

Kenichi Yamazaki
Manager at Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd.
Transitioning from a management role in corporate planning to human resources, Yamazaki has harnessed the power of mindset to drive productivity and personal growth. As a certified instructor, he actively teaches courses on human skills, emphasizing clarity and sincerity.
