Subaru of America Impresses With Sales Satisfaction Ranking

In a significant achievement, Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) announced that it has earned the distinguished second position among Mass Market Brands in the 2025 J.D. Power U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study. This accolade showcases Subaru's unwavering dedication to providing value and an exceptional customer experience in the automotive landscape.

Jeff Walters, the President and COO of Subaru of America, commented on the impressive ranking, highlighting the pivotal role that strong ties with retailers play in achieving such recognition. He noted that this accomplishment is a testament to the company's initiatives, including the innovative Subaru Love-Encore™ vehicle delivery program and the comprehensive Love Promise University®. These programs are designed to reinforce Subaru's core values across its extensive network of retailers across the nation.

The recognition comes as part of the 40th annual J.D. Power U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index Study. Over the years, this study has established itself as a reliable resource for evaluating the new-vehicle purchase experience from the customer's perspective. It meticulously assesses key aspects of dealership performance throughout the sales journey, encompassing areas like the shopping process, product presentation, pricing discussions, financing, insurance details, and the final delivery of the vehicle.

Conducted between July and September 2025, the SSI Study garnered feedback from an impressive 32,616 buyers who had recently purchased or leased vehicles between March and May 2025. This extensive survey ensures that the results are representative of real consumer experiences, expectations, and needs. For further insights into the 2025 J.D.
