Weekend Morning Seminar on HR Growth
On November 15, 2025, Trustyyle's HR Library Director, Yosuke Yoshida, will be leading a special talk session at the 'Weekend Morning Seminar' hosted by EVeM and 5AM, a morning activity expert. This event aims to deepen our understanding of the strategies and actions of HR professionals that help drive business growth.
Yoshida, author of the book titled _How HR Professionals Move_, will share insights based on his dialogues with over 1,000 HR specialists. This seminar is particularly beneficial for those eager to refine their HR practices, gain new perspectives from other companies’ HR strategies, or revisit the fundamentals of working with people and organizations.
Event Overview
The morning session will take place from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the HR Library located in Chuo City, Tokyo. The aim is to engage participants in a Q&A format discussion, diving into themes derived from the book such as how HR should operate and what criteria they should use for decision-making. Yoshida will elucidate real-world examples and experiences to illustrate the practical knowledge needed to thrive in the HR field, moving beyond theoretical concepts to reveal the essence of human resources.

Participation Information
The event is free of charge, but space is limited to 30 participants. Because the HR Library promotes a respectful and collaborative environment, attendees are requested to remove their shoes upon entry. Please note that due to seating arrangements, some guests may need to sit on cushions. Additionally, exchanging business cards or engaging in sales activities within the library is prohibited.
About Yosuke Yoshida
Yosuke Yoshida is a well-regarded figure in the HR field. After obtaining a master's degree from Ritsumeikan University, he began his career at Recruit Management Solutions in 2007, where he served in various roles, including the head of the Kyushu branch and leader of school business initiatives. In March 2021, he founded Trustyyle to support organizational development, primarily for companies lacking HR personnel. Through a crowdfunding initiative, he opened the HR Library in April 2024, which is now equipped with over 2,500 HR-related books and has a thriving membership of more than 700.
