Among the delectable lineup are four carefully crafted desserts, each highlighting the aromatic essence of Uji matcha, which is celebrated for its strong flavor profile and rich history in Japanese culture. Matcha Bavarois - Priced at ¥810 (tax included), this dessert transforms the classic Bavarois into a delightful treat reminiscent of anmitsu, featuring Hokkaido red beans, strawberries, apricots, and mochi, all beautifully garnished.
