FLAGS: A New Online Community for Learning and Connection Launching Soon

FLAGS: Your New Online Community for Growth

As we navigate a constantly changing world, the need for resilient support and continuous learning has never been greater. FLAGS, an innovative online community driven by the dream of empowering members to learn, connect, and act, is set to officially launch on January 1, 2026. This initiative is spearheaded by Yoichi Ito, head of the Entrepreneurship Department at Musashino University and founder of the startup studio Musashino Valley.

Currently, FLAGS is accepting pre-registration for interested members. The first gathering is scheduled for January 14, 2026, where initial members will receive guidance on making the most of their time in the community. On January 23, 2026, the first study session, themed “One-Line Diary”, will encourage participants to reflect on their daily thoughts and actions.

With the motto, “Let’s raise the flag of challenge,” FLAGS aims to become a platform where motivated individuals can gather, share their journeys, and support each other's aspirations. For this purpose, Oshiro Inc. has partnered with MVP to provide its exclusive community platform, OSIRO, designed specifically for fostering collaboration and communication among members.

Why OSIRO?

Ito expresses enthusiasm for OSIRO for a variety of reasons:
  • - User-Friendly UI/UX: The platform encourages relaxed interactions between members, unlike traditional business chat tools like Slack.
  • - Safer Environment: With features that facilitate meaningful communication in a secure environment, members can feel comfortable sharing.
  • - Sustainable Community Model: Past examples of successful communities using OSIRO showcase vibrant member interactions and support for sustained activities.

What to Expect from FLAGS

FLAGS is dedicated to those serious about turning their learning into action. The aim is not just to acquire knowledge in areas like entrepreneurship and leadership but to translate that knowledge into real-world impact. Through a range of activities, including book clubs, study sessions, dialogue opportunities, and hands-on workshops, members can discover their values and take steps toward achieving their goals alongside like-minded individuals.

Here’s a glance at some of the exclusive content and activities available to community members:

1. Engaging Input

Whether it’s discussing leadership principles or acquiring essential skills that lead to action, members will continuously explore knowledge that propels them forward.

  • - Book Club (Monthly): In these sessions led by Ito, members read and engage with thought-provoking texts, such as “Why You Don’t Learn” by Kotaro Tamura and *
