Nationwide Construction Human Resources Association Reaches 2,000 Member Companies
The Nationwide Construction Human Resources Association, a subsidiary of Nareru Group (Tokyo Stock Exchange: 9163), has recently achieved an extraordinary milestone by surpassing 2,000 member companies as of June 2026. This organization plays a crucial role in the development and enhancement of Japan's construction industry, being one of the few entities in the country dedicated to providing labor staffing services specifically for skilled workers in this sector.
Since formally launching its skilled labor recruitment services in 2021, the association has successfully connected approximately 700 skilled tradespeople to member companies, reflecting significant growth in both its membership and recruitment achievements. Initially focused on Tokyo and the three neighboring prefectures, the association has expanded its reach to cover all 47 prefectures across Japan, thanks to positive feedback from member companies and collaborations with various industry partners.
Nareru Group's strategic management plan, dubbed "Change and Growth 2030," emphasizes the growth potential of its staffing services. Beginning July 2026, the association will enhance its services through a partnership with BRANU Corporation, aiming to offer new digital transformation solutions to its member companies.
The ongoing strategy will involve building partnerships and collaborations with businesses across industries to further expand the member base, strengthen the skilled labor recruitment service, integrate construction-related DX services, and enrich the labor database. Through these initiatives, Nareru Group aims to realize its vision of a comprehensive construction workforce platform.
President's Remarks
In a recent statement, President Minoru Okano expressed gratitude for the continued support that has enabled the association to grow its membership beyond 2,000 companies. He noted, “This achievement is a testament to our commitment to addressing the severe labor shortage in the construction sector, which we identified as a significant challenge since we launched our staffing services in 2021. Initially, we faced low awareness regarding our services, but as we successfully expanded our membership and forged collaborations with regional banks, insurance companies, and other entities, we believe we're gradually contributing to resolving industry challenges.”
In moving forward, Okano affirmed the association’s dedication to supporting specialized contracting companies facing labor shortages and clients who require skilled tradespeople. Through these efforts, the association aims to be an invaluable resource and a driving force in enhancing Japan's construction labor landscape.
