About the Tokyo App Life Support Project

The Tokyo App Life Support Project aims to promote the app while addressing the economic impacts of rising prices in recent times. By leveraging the app, eligible residents can receive Tokyo Points (11,000 pts) quickly upon confirming their identity with a My Number Card. This initiative supports Tokyo’s residents and encourages them to explore the app’s features.

Who Is Eligible?

Participants must be residents aged 15 or older living in Tokyo with a valid My Number Card.

Program Period

The program runs from February 2, 2024, at 13:00 until April 1, 2025.

For those interested, several steps must be followed, including having an NFC-compatible smartphone, downloading the Tokyo App and Digital Certification App, and possessing a valid My Number Card.

This initiative is part of Tokyo's efforts to promote its 2050 Tokyo Strategy, aiming to create a smart city that enhances the QOL for all residents.
