Indulge in Seasonal Delights at Conrad Tokyo's Northern Japan Lunch Buffet

Experience the Northern Japan Lunch Buffet at Conrad Tokyo

Starting December 26, 2025, Conrad Tokyo invites guests to indulge in its spectacular "Chef's Treat: Northern Japan Lunch Buffet" available at the all-day dining venue, "Seiryū." Located in the vibrant Minato district, this buffet showcases the rich and varied flavors of Northern Japan, including seasonal delights such as crab and strawberries, ensuring a festive dining experience.

The buffet celebrates the unique culinary heritage of the Hokuriku region, which is blessed with abundant seafood and land-based produce. The region is renowned for its diverse ingredients, developed over centuries, including the renowned Noto beef, traditionally raised since the Edo period, and Kaga’s roasted hojicha tea, tracing its roots back to the Meiji era. Guests can expect an extensive variety of dishes that highlight these local specialties.

At the buffet, diners can sample everything from traditional favorites like "nodoguro" (blackthroat sea perch) and "heshi" (saba pressed sushi) to innovative new regional ingredients such as Fukui salmon and Koshihikari chicken. Top chefs from various kitchens will present a selection of dishes using these local treasures, skillfully crafted to elevate their natural flavors with both Japanese and international flair.

Highlights of the Buffet

One of the main attractions at the buffet is the crab station, where guests can enjoy as much snow crab as they desire. Additionally, the live cooking station will feature freshly made "buri shabu" (yellowtail hot pot), offering guests a delightful taste of local cuisine while they enjoy the warmth of the winter season.
