Takeo Furukawa is a Senior Consultant at the Light Management Division of ManpowerGroup. Since joining Manpower Japan in 2002, he has worked extensively in career counseling for temporary staff, job transition support, management of sales divisions, and as the head of reemployment assistance projects. Furukawa currently focuses on human resources development, including career design training, new employee training, and management training. He also offers consulting services related to employment adjustment.
Furukawa is a nationally certified career consultant and a certified Compass facilitator with FranklinCovey Japan.
