Eriko Matsuoka is the Unit Leader of Enfactory's Borderless Support Team. After gaining experience at major companies like Daiko and Sumitomo Realty & Development, she joined Enfactory in 2016. Since her second year, she started engaging in multiple job activities, personally experiencing the benefits of cross-border collaboration.
