The S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook recognizes only those companies that score within the top 15% of their respective industries based on a thorough evaluation through the Corporate Sustainability Assessment. This year, an impressive 7,690 companies across 62 industries were assessed, solidifying the competition and the significance of this recognition. Hanon Systems stands out as one of just 12 companies noted in the Auto Components category.

Hanon Systems has been proactive in its sustainability efforts since 2017 through the publication of annual sustainability reports. In 2022, the company took a significant step forward by establishing an ESG Committee to support systematic and proactive management of its environmental, social, and governance initiatives. The company's ambitious goals include achieving short-term greenhouse gas reductions by 2030, reaching net zero by 2050, and reducing absolute emissions in scope 1, 2, and 3 by 90% by 2040.
