- - Keita Yanagawa, Executive Officer at BASE, has a background in software development encompassing credit card systems and DSP system development. Transitioning to a product manager role in 2019, he has since dedicated himself to the growth of BASE's innovative financial offerings, including YELL BANK and BASE card. As the newly appointed Department Manager of BASE BANK in 2025, he aims to continue leveraging his technical expertise to drive product advancements.
