From March 1st to May 17th, 2026, Hilton Tokyo Odaiba will host an exquisite buffet event named "Meat x Strawberry Buffet" at Grillogy Bar & Grill on the second floor. This limited-time celebration promises an impressive selection of succulent meat dishes paired with the season's delightful strawberries.

Live Cooking Stations


The buffet utilizes the restaurant’s open kitchen concept. Guests can watch skilled chefs prepare their meals right before their eyes. Key highlights include a live roasting station offering:
  • - Wagyu Beef Smoked with Straw: Tender, juicy roast beef cooked at low temperatures and finished with the aromatic infusion of straw smoke.
  • - Roasted Lamb Leg: Juicy lamb leg infused with garlic and herbs, served with a refreshing salsa verde made from Italian parsley and vinegar. This dish is available during lunch hours at the live station, while it will be featured on the buffet line during dinner.
  • - Szechwan Smoked Duck (Dinner Only): Flavorful duck smoked with camphor wood, served with cucumber and scallion in Chinese buns, accompanied by sweet bean sauce or plum sauce for a contrasting taste experience.
