With a background in library sciences from university and experience in HR and labor at an IT consulting firm, Asaka has been actively involved with the HR Library since its establishment in April 2024. She leads the book team, ensuring rich content and resources are available for community members.

Established on April 1, 2024, in Ningyocho, Tokyo, the HR Library aims to be a collaborative environment for HR professionals featuring over 2,500 HR-related books and a membership base exceeding 600 individuals. The guiding vision is to "Open Futures Through Learning with Peers."
