Who is Daniel Chavez?


Daniel Chavez comes to Arcadia with over 15 years of diverse experience in both the public and private sectors. Before his current role, he served as the Assistant Commissioner for Training and Development at the New York City Department of Correction. In that capacity, he spearheaded the modernization of training programs for a workforce of more than 8,000 correction officers. His extensive background includes serving in the U.S. Army's 75th Ranger Regiment, which adds aunique perspective to his current responsibilities.

Chavez holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Instructional Design and Human Performance Technology and an MBA. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His previous roles included designing enterprise-wide learning programs for significant governmental departments like the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Veterans Affairs, showcasing his commitment to implementing effective, performance-oriented strategies.

Chavez's Vision for Training Innovation
