The Royal Park Hotel, located in the heart of Nihonbashi, Tokyo, is launching its first-ever Hawaiian Buffet for a limited summer season, running from July 4 (Friday) to August 31 (Sunday) in 2025. This delicious event will be held in the 1st-floor Chef's Dining 'Symphony', available exclusively on weekends and holidays, as well as during the Obon period from August 12 to August 14.

Guests can indulge in a variety of signature Hawaiian dishes, including succulent beef steaks, poke bowls marinated in a soy-based sauce featuring fresh tuna and avocado, and mouthwatering garlic shrimp. The buffet showcases an impressive lineup of cold and hot dishes that perfectly embody the summer spirit.

The cold dishes include the refreshing Lomi Lomi salmon, which features a delightful blend of marinated salmon, bell peppers, and cucumbers, all tossed in olive oil. There's also a smooth tomato flan that combines the sweetness of mango with the acidity of tomatoes, providing a perfect summer treat.

For those looking for warm offerings, the menu features garlic shrimp that entices the appetite, pork spare ribs rich in flavor and glaze, and fried calamari, served with tartar sauce and lemon for a refreshing touch.
