Yoshitaka Tamaki graduated from Keio University with a degree in Economics in 1996 and has held key roles at major companies such as Oracle Japan, SAP Japan, IBM Japan, and WingArc 1st. In May 2021, he became the CEO of SP Research Institute, where he provides consulting services aimed at promoting sustainable work practices. He is particularly knowledgeable about human capital disclosure (ISO 30414) and engages in activities that encourage data usage and job definition in Japanese HR departments. Tamaki is also an accomplished author and speaker in the field of HR technology.
