Since its inception in 2019, the DOMINISTA CHALLENGE program has been implemented in hotels across Japan, catering to middle and high school students. It encompasses an array of practical activities such as greeting guests at the front desk, cleaning rooms, and preparing facilities before opening the public bath area. This engaging program allows students to gain insight into the hospitality profession, understand the thoughts and efforts of those working in the industry, and develop a sense of service by interacting with visitors.
