Jibundoki to Launch Second Venue in Sapporo

Jibundoki is set to open its second location in the vibrant city of Sapporo, Hokkaido, on November 27, 2025. The new restaurant, situated conveniently near Susukino Station, aims to provide a tranquil and upscale dining experience with all-private rooms, making it a perfect getaway from the bustling city life.

Located on the fourth floor of the G DINING complex, this new establishment will embrace the Japanese modern style, offering guests a warm ambiance filled with soft lighting and natural wood accents. With an area of approximately 192.63 square meters and seating for up to 70 guests, Jibundoki will be ideal for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings, accommodating up to 32 guests for celebrations.

Unveiling Culinary Delights
The menu at Jibundoki in Sapporo will feature over 73 food items and a staggering 114 drink options, including a carefully curated selection of sake from across Japan. The culinary offerings blend traditional Japanese flavors with Western ingredients, showcasing the best of Japanese fusion cuisine. Signature dishes such as the assorted tempura (¥2,189), crab and salmon roe clay pot rice (¥1,485), and the seasonal Yamato chicken with green onions (¥1,419) promise to elevate the dining experience.
