The June meal begins with Grilled Ayu Fish seasoned with homemade Tade-Vinegar Miso, providing a delightful blend of freshness from the river and umami from the fermentation process. Following this is the exquisite Ozaki Beef Steak, which is prepared to perfection, served alongside a fruity and spicy miso sauce and a citrusy yuzu sauce that enhances the beef's rich flavors.

  • - Hassun: Cold miso chawanmushi with mud crab and wasabi, stuffed Manganji peppers, and more.
