The June meal begins with
Grilled Ayu Fish seasoned with homemade Tade-Vinegar Miso, providing a delightful blend of freshness from the river and umami from the fermentation process. Following this is the exquisite
Ozaki Beef Steak, which is prepared to perfection, served alongside a fruity and spicy miso sauce and a citrusy yuzu sauce that enhances the beef's rich flavors.

- - Hassun: Cold miso chawanmushi with mud crab and wasabi, stuffed Manganji peppers, and more.
- - Nigiri: Marinated bonito with miso and young ginger.
- - Grilled Dish: Grilled Ayu fish paired with a side of sliced cucumbers, sesame, and a special Tade-Vinegar Miso.
- - Main: Ozaki Beef Steak, artfully accompanied by seasonal grilled vegetables and sauces.

On June 5th, GINZA KUKI will host a special dinner featuring
Hundred Hills sparkling wines. Guests will experience a tasting journey guided by the founder,
Steven Dackett, and his wife,
Fiona, showcasing the lush and diverse character of their wines alongside the restaurant's seasonal menu.
The dinner promises to intertwine the seasonal elements of Japanese cuisine with the bold, effervescent qualities of English sparkling wines, offering diners a truly immersive pairing experience.
