Scholl's Wellness Company Welcomes Meghan Davis as New CEO

In an exciting development for the Scholl's Wellness Company, they have officially announced the appointment of Meghan Davis as their new Chief Executive Officer. With her leadership slated to commence in February 2025, Davis takes on the helm following Jay Rogers, who effectively guided the company through significant transformations and strategic initiatives. Rogers is set to transition into a new role as an Operating Partner at Yellow Wood Partners.

Davis’s appointment marks a pivotal moment for Scholl's as the company gears up for its next stage of global expansion. Her vision is clear: to supercharge revenue growth while unifying the iconic Dr. Scholl's brand across the globe. With a robust foothold in the United States, coupled with a strong market presence in Europe, Australia, and beyond, Dr. Scholl's stands as a leader in footcare. The brand’s diverse offerings include more than just footcare; it encompasses a wide array of insoles, first-aid products, and specialized foot treatment solutions. Currently, Scholl's Wellness operates in over 50 countries, emphasizing a consumer-focused approach to innovation and market expansion.

Dana Schmaltz, Managing Partner at Yellow Wood Partners, expressed enthusiasm for Davis’s appointment, citing her extensive experience in consumer products and her track record of building globally recognized brands in both North American and European markets. According to Schmaltz, Davis is exceptionally well-suited to lead Scholl's Wellness Company as it continues to evolve within the health and wellness sector.

Prior to this role, Davis was the CEO of Thinx, a brand that innovatively transformed the period underwear market. There, she led significant omnichannel growth and a comprehensive brand overhaul. Her previous experience spans 13 years at the multinational corporation Johnson & Johnson, where she held various positions of increasing responsibility on a global scale. Davis is an alumnus of The University of Notre Dame, where she earned both her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and an MBA.

"Joining Scholl's Wellness Company at such a transformative time is incredibly thrilling," Davis remarked. "The Dr. Scholl's brand has an unparalleled reputation, and we have a tremendous opportunity to further our impact, drive innovation, and enhance foot health solutions for consumers worldwide.”
