Graduating from Penn State with a Juris Doctor and a Master of Health Administration, she has a robust background in drafting and negotiating service agreements, conducting regulatory compliance evaluations for digital health platforms, and supporting mergers and acquisitions in healthcare. Additionally, she is an active member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, currently serving as the Health and Wellness Chair for Pinellas County, demonstrating her commitment to community engagement and leadership.

Samuel C. Craig: Expert in Tax and Business Transactions



Samuel C. Craig has also joined Johnson Pope, focusing on Tax, Trusts & Estates, as well as Business Transactions. His practice predominantly revolves around estate planning, tax-related matters, and providing strategic advice to individuals, families, and business owners. His diverse background allows him to handle complex legal issues clearly and effectively.

Sam earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where his academic prowess was evident through his various roles, including president of the Business Law Society and active participation in the Dispute Resolution Board and Trial Team. His recognition in oral advocacy, marked by a national mock trial championship, reveals his skill in communication and legal reasoning. Furthermore, he has an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, also received on a merit scholarship.
