Levine Lee LLP is thrilled to announce the return of partner Miriam Alinikoff, who rejoins the firm from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida. With a strong background in white-collar and complex civil litigation, Alinikoff aims to elevate the firm's capabilities further in handling significant and contentious cases.

In her five-year stint at the U.S. Attorney's Office, Alinikoff led several complex fraud investigations, primarily focusing on healthcare-related programs. She has extensive experience with issues involving the Federal Communications Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Food and Drug Administration. Alinikoff's specialized knowledge encompasses the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, and other relevant regulations.
