The burgeoning global demand for smarter and more efficient solar storage systems for residential use has prompted APsystems to launch a comprehensive lineup of intelligent solar power storage solutions for balconies and homes. These solutions feature integrated AI algorithm optimization and seamless VPP interoperability. By considering dynamic electricity pricing, weather conditions, and user consumption habits, the systems enhance photovoltaic (PV) self-consumption while reducing household energy costs. For example, the newly introduced Lake 6 Plug-in Energy Storage System (ESS) promises an annual savings of approximately 1,876 euros for each household.

The flagship Lake 6 AC-coupled ESS is designed explicitly for PV balcony systems, equipped with large capacity cells of 314 Ah, efficiently storing excess solar energy generated during the day for peak consumption. This compact all-in-one solution features a tool-free plug-and-play installation, ensuring compatibility with common household appliances. With a rated power of 2500 W, it supports most high-power household devices while offering up to 8,000 charge/discharge cycles for long-lasting performance. The built-in power-saving technology minimizes standby losses, while the device's 19.2 V low-voltage design and integrated fireproof construction eliminate electrical safety risks. Its dust and waterproof rating (IP65) enables both indoor and outdoor installations. A low-temperature heating module ensures reliable operation even at temperatures as low as -20 °C.
LSH-6 and LSA-6 Flagship Storage Inverters for Residential Use
APsystems presented two leading inverters tailored to meet diverse household needs: the hybrid LSH-6 and the AC-coupled LSA-6. The compact LSH-6 seamlessly integrates PV generation, off-grid power supply, and intelligent energy management, boasting a rated power of 6000 VA, peak power of 9000 VA, and an impressive maximum efficiency of 97.6%. Its high DC oversizing capability supports up to 12 kW PV output. Conversely, the upgraded LSA-6 offers rated outputs from 3.68 kW to 6 kW, peak standby output of 9000 VA, and peak efficiency of 96.1%. It is fully compatible with most existing PV systems, making it suitable for retrofitting or new residential solar installations.
Both inverters utilize APsystems’ proprietary intelligent control technology, optimizing performance while ensuring user-friendliness. They operate quietly at only 30 dB through natural cooling, avoiding the noise associated with traditional cooling systems. Designed with a low-voltage specification of 48 V, they mitigate high-voltage risks while allowing rapid energy replenishment with high current charging and discharging of 125 A.
