Unveiling Ishiyaki Gapao and Ishiyaki Khao Man Gai
The star dishes of this new menu are ‘Ishiyaki Gapao’ and ‘Ishiyaki Khao Man Gai’. Both dishes are served in hot stone bowls, allowing diners to mix an array of fresh ingredients with fragrant Jasmine rice, much like the popular Korean Bibimbap. This method not only enhances the dish's flavor but also creates delightful crispy rice bits that adds a satisfying texture.
Ishiyaki Gapao – A Flavorful Delight
Retailing for 1,400 yen (tax included), Ishiyaki Gapao features a vibrant mix of spicy minced meat, corn, green beans, tobiko, and baby octopus, all stir-fried together in the stone bowl. Topped with a sunny-side-up egg, this dish promises a burst of delicious textures from assorted toppings and crispy rice that develops as you mix the ingredients together.
Ishiyaki Khao Man Gai – A Crunchy Delight
Also priced at 1,400 yen (tax included), Ishiyaki Khao Man Gai is a delicious and hearty option featuring crispy fried chicken served with colorful vegetables. Diners are encouraged to customize their experience by adding ginger scallion sauce or Thai fermented soybean paste, ‘Tao Tiao’, providing a delightful balance of flavors.
