Empowering Women Entrepreneurs: The Confidence Collective's 2026 Grants
Allergan Aesthetics, a prominent name in the industry, has once again made strides to uplift female entrepreneurs through its impactful initiative, The Confidence Collective. Launched in 2023, this program aims to alleviate the challenges faced by women in business and harness their potential. The recent announcement of the 2026 grant recipients marks yet another milestone in supporting women's entrepreneurial journeys.
In 2026, a total of 20 women entrepreneurs were each awarded a grant of $20,000 from BOTOX® Cosmetic, aimed at accelerating their business growth and helping them realize their ambitions. To date, The Confidence Collective has distributed over $1.5 million in grants, directly contributing to the empowerment of more than 500 women entrepreneurs. This commitment to fostering confidence and business acumen in women has been unwavering, as reflected in the program’s success stories.
Among the 2026 grant recipients are a diverse array of entrepreneurs, exemplifying creativity and innovation across multiple sectors. Notable names include Alicia Parker, founder and CEO of Peach-E Clean, and Ameka Coleman, founder and CEO of Strands of Faith. Each entrepreneur has demonstrated exceptional promise, passion, and a commitment to overcoming the barriers often encountered by women in business.
Nicole Mowad-Nassar, president of global Allergan Aesthetics, expressed her pride in the initiative. She highlighted the extraordinary talent within this year’s cohort, noting the challenge posed in selecting the grant recipients from a pool of remarkable candidates. “Through access to The Confidence Collective, winners not only received confidence-boosting capital, but they also made lifetime connections with fellow entrepreneurs along the way,” she stated, emphasizing the program's dual focus on financial support and community building.
The collective's fourth year not only provided financial aid but also equipped the recipients with mentoring, coaching, and practical tools to help them navigate their business landscapes effectively. The program included a multi-week coaching initiative where participants could engage with experts and peers, fostering collaboration and shared learning. A panel of Allergan Aesthetics executives and established entrepreneurs later selected the awardees based on their commitment and vision.
Each grant winner celebrated their achievements during a virtual Celebration Summit, an event designed to further inspire confidence and connection among these entrepreneurs. With networking opportunities and mentoring sessions led by seasoned business professionals, the summit served as both a recognition of the individuals’ hard work and a platform for future collaboration.
Stefanie Garcia Turner, co-founder of Tuyyo Foods and a 2026 grant recipient, shared her gratitude for the initiative. She described how the support from The Confidence Collective helped her food and beverage brand thrive. “The coaching, mentorship, and workshops gave me the tools, networks, and confidence to keep pursuing our business goals,” she remarked, highlighting the initiative's tangible impact on her business journey.
The Confidence Collective continues to emphasize that genuine support for women entrepreneurs involves more than just financial grants. It's about fostering a nurturing environment where women can share experiences, gain insights, and ultimately elevate one another in their respective fields. Through this initiative, BOTOX® Cosmetic is committed to creating a long-lasting network that encourages women to thrive.
