Throughout his esteemed career, Jade has spearheaded efforts in both domestic and international business development, overseeing substantial infrastructure projects and nurturing high-performing teams. His expansive expertise encompasses strategic planning, client engagement, business unit management, and the comprehensive lifecycle delivery of intricate transportation, water, and vertical construction projects.
Before joining NIBS, Jade held a prominent position as Senior Vice President and Regional Practice Lead for Bridge and Transportation at Michael Baker International. Here, he executed strategic management processes that improved client satisfaction and drove sustainable growth by integrating regional business development strategies. His previous accomplishments include securing over $110 billion in contract vehicles while significantly boosting the non-Department of Defense federal market share during his tenure at Michael Baker.

Rung's academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University. He also holds professional credentials as a Licensed Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional, and Licensed General Contractor across multiple states. Furthermore, he remains active in several professional organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Project Management Institute (PMI), Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), where he has served in various leadership capacities.
