Niutech Technology Group Co., Ltd., listed on the SSE STAR Market under number 688309, has successfully completed its corporate restructuring on August 26, 2026. This move is pivotal in enhancing its operational focus, particularly in resource recycling, machinery manufacturing, and the production of new materials, alongside specialized equipment manufacturing. Having been involved in the industrial pyrolysis sector for nearly 40 years, Niutech has transformed over 30 material streams, including used tires and plastic waste, into stable recycled raw materials such as pyrolysis oil and non-condensable combustible gas. The company has facilitated projects across multiple countries, including Germany, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Denmark, and Brazil, adhering to environmental and technical standards required in more developed markets.
The growing demand for recyclable materials, propelled by regulatory requirements such as the EU’s PPWR and ESPR, is spotlighting continuous pyrolysis, making it more relevant on the global stage. Niutech's next-generation large-scale intelligent production line for continuous pyrolysis can process over 100 tons per day per unit, resulting in significant improvements in capacity, efficiency, cost control, and product quality. For used tires, the recovered carbon black’s toluene transmission exceeds 80%, creating high-quality commercial-grade carbon black, which can be reused as a raw material in tire manufacturing.
When it comes to plastic waste—ranging from low-quality municipal plastics to ocean plastics and textile waste—the facility operates without the necessity for extensive cleaning, sorting, drying, or fine crushing processes. Instead, the innovative technology allows for direct and efficient pyrolytic decomposition in a single step, yielding stable pyrolysis oil, solid fuel, and non-condensable combustible gas. Importantly, the pyrolysis oil produced can be further processed into raw materials for new plastics.
Within China, Niutech’s majority-owned subsidiary Hesheng Environmental Protection, established in 2013, has been leading the way in this industry by obtaining ISCC certification as the first company and has been operationally reliable for over a decade. In 2026, their second-phase project, scaled at 100,000 tons, is expected to boost capacity to 160,000 tons annually. A client from the United Kingdom has committed to a contract worth 198 million RMB after evaluating Niutech’s projects against those of global competitors. Moving forward, Niutech is dedicated to expanding the value chain for clean tire pyrolysis oil while also developing blended processes for producing Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).
The maturity of a technology is ideally assessed through industry projects, a sentiment echoed by the head of the marketing department at Niutech, emphasizing the significance of practical implementation. With its innovative approach, Niutech is not only contributing to environmental sustainability but also setting industry standards through its pioneering technologies.
