Before joining Pella, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Manufacturing and Supply Chain Officer at American Woodmark Corporation. In this prestigious role, he oversaw critical functions including manufacturing, logistics, materials, engineering, and quality management.

Adams has a robust track record of executing large-scale business transformations. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions integration, change management, Lean and Six Sigma practices, as well as product development and global operations. Throughout his career, he has prioritized utilizing technology and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance both operational efficiency and business performance.
