HUAZHI ENERGY Launches Innovative Energy Storage Project in Benelux with EnerBox

On June 6, 2025, HUAZHI ENERGY unveiled a groundbreaking commercial and industrial energy storage project in the Benelux region. This ambitious initiative features two EnerBox systems, boasting a total capacity of 250 kW/558 kWh. The project exemplifies HUAZHI's exceptional capabilities in installation speed, safety, operational reliability, and intelligent management.

Addressing Agricultural Energy Demand

The growing energy demands of agricultural machinery, combined with significant load variations and underutilization of photovoltaic systems, prompted the development of a customized energy storage solution. Integrated into the electrical framework of the farm, this system optimizes energy management by facilitating load shedding, improving photovoltaic utilization, and enabling the farm to generate additional revenue by selling stored energy during peak periods.

In addition, the project incorporates a real-time control (RTC) and an on-site energy management system (EMS), which monitors overall conditions and implements an energy exchange and flexibility aggregator powered by artificial intelligence. By leveraging the advanced predictive capabilities of the EMS, the system strategically charges batteries when electricity prices are low or even negative in imbalance markets and discharges them when prices rise.

Modular Flexibility of EnerBox

EnerBox is characterized by its modular design, allowing for flexible configurations with cabinet capacities ranging from 232 kWh to 279 kWh. The installation process is straightforward and does not require complex setups or heavy machinery. Multiple units can be connected in parallel to accommodate varying demands. The solution complies with IP55C4 protection standards, ensuring operation in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 50°C.

Robust and Reliable PCS

The self-developed PCS-125K/EU is built with high-quality components and boasts an impressive IP65 protection rating, ensuring remarkable adaptability and durability. With a response time in the millisecond range, this system is ideally suited for projects requiring fast reserve capabilities (FCR), automatic frequency restoration reserves (aFRR), and manual frequency restoration reserves (mFRR).
