In a significant shift for tesa SE, the Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Kourosh Bahrami as the new Chairman of the Executive Board, effective October 1, 2025. He will take over the reins from Dr. Norman Goldberg, who has decided to leave the company of his own accord.

Dr. Bahrami brings to tesa over three decades of international leadership and entrepreneurial experience across both B2B and B2C sectors. Most recently, he led the LOCTITE industrial adhesives business at Henkel, showcasing his expertise in sales, marketing, and supply chain operations. Notably, Dr. Bahrami has lived and worked in Europe, the United States, and Asia, providing him with a broad perspective on key customer markets, including automotive, industrial maintenance, repair, and Industry 4.0 applications.

With a strong business background and a family life that includes his spouse and three children, Dr. Bahrami is poised to drive tesa’s growth trajectory.
