A Special Streaming Event for Detective Conan Fans!

In anticipation of the theatrical release of the latest film titled "Detective Conan: The Fallen Angel of the Highway," Prime Video is set to provide excited fans with a remarkable opportunity. Starting from March 14, all 28 movies in the popular Detective Conan franchise will be available for unlimited streaming. This will occur in five sequential releases, leading up to the highly anticipated world premiere of the new film on April 10.

The highlight of this event includes the global first streaming of the movie "Detective Conan: The Phantom of the One-Eyed (Flashback)," alongside other beloved titles from the franchise. With the Detective Conan franchise boasting cumulative sales of 270 million copies of the comics worldwide and its TV anime series celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, fans can expect an exciting journey through this iconic series.

The Detective Conan films have continually achieved spectacular success at the box office, especially since the 26th film. Notable entries such as "Detective Conan: The Black Iron's Shadow (Submarine)," "Detective Conan: The Million Dollar Compass (Guiding Star)," and "Detective Conan: The Phantom of the One-Eyed (Flashback)" have grossed over 10 billion yen each. The release of the new theatrical film, "Detective Conan: The Fallen Angel of the Highway," is also poised to capture the attention of both long-time fans and newcomers alike.

Starting March 14, Prime Video will feature five selected films from the series:

1. 1999's "Detective Conan: The Last Wizard of the Century" (where Kid the Phantom Thief makes his debut)
2. 2004's "Detective Conan: The Phantom of the Silver Wings" (featuring an intense confrontation between Conan and Kid)
3. 2014's "Detective Conan: The Sniper of the Dimension" (celebrating the 20th anniversary of the manga, introducing new characters)
4. 2019's "Detective Conan: The Fist of Blue Sapphire" (set in Singapore, with crucial roles played by Kid and Kyogoku)
5. 2024's "Detective Conan: The Million Dollar Compass" (recording the highest box office yet)

In addition to these films, Prime Video will also debut related titles, including the "Police Academy Arc" for the first time. Special episodes from the TV anime series, such as the "Kanagawa Prefectural Police Selection," "Sera Selection," and "Police School and Metropolitan Police Selection," will begin streaming on the same day. As an added bonus, several compilation films produced for previous movie releases will be streamed sequentially as well.

Keisuke Oishi, Prime Video Japan's country manager, expressed excitement over this announcement, stating:
