His legal expertise extends across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, and he holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Additionally, Thesman has advanced his education with a master's degree and a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University, as well as completing an Energy Certificate Program at Texas Christian University.
