On May 25, 2026, Tokyo will welcome its very first location of the popular sashimi buffet, Gyokou Shokudo Sanpo, right near Tamacenter Station on Keio and Odakyu Lines. This new restaurant promises to deliver an unforgettable dining experience, blending the freshest seasonal sashimi in an all-you-can-eat format during lunch and an array of a la carte options at dinner.

The ambiance showcases an impressive selection of fresh sashimi, with eight different types sourced daily from across Japan, including exquisite choices like farmed bluefin tuna from Nagasaki and yellowtail from Kochi Prefecture's Otsuki Town. The owners ensure seasonal ingredients enhance the menu, allowing diners to experience a culinary journey through the flavors of Japan.

Lunch and Dinner Offerings


At Gyokou Shokudo Sanpo, lunch features the traditional all-you-can-eat sashimi for 60 minutes at a competitive rate of 3,630 yen for adults, with special pricing for seniors over 60 years at just 3,300 yen. Beyond sashimi, the lunch menu includes a variety of seafood bowls and set meal options designed for casual, everyday dining.

Dinner transforms the space into a haven for sashimi lovers, featuring not only a wider selection of a la carte menu items but also exquisite course options starting from 4,980 yen. The restaurant aims to set itself apart by introducing popular traditional Japanese dishes paired with an exciting drink selection, with prices starting as low as 198 yen for drinks like highballs and lemon sours.

Highlights of the menu include the Sashimi Set featuring three selected types for 1,880 yen or five types for 2,380 yen. The top-tier Nagasaki farmed bluefin tuna sashimi is available at an unbeatable price of 880 yen. Meanwhile, the thoughtfully curated Tempura Platter is packed with 20 varieties, priced at 880 yen.

For those craving other delicacies, options like seafood rice bowls and grilled shellfish round out the selection. Each dish is crafted with care, ensuring that every visit delights the palate. An exciting treat awaits for the opening month, as katsu bites will be available at a special price of just 380 yen.

Rapid Expansion and Future Plans


With its successful opening in Tsurumi, Gyokou Shokudo is rapidly expanding, counting multiple branches including locations in Kobe Sannomiya set to open later in July this year. The facility in Hadano City, Kanagawa, gained attention for drawing over a hundred patrons as soon as it opened.
