Suits Inc. Launches the 47th Edition of the Suit Up 2025 Local Support Campaign
Suits Inc. (located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, CEO: Yusuke Komatsu) has announced the 47th edition of its "Suit Up 2025 Local Support Campaign," focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups with fewer than 100 employees in Yamaguchi Prefecture. This initiative aims to provide these businesses with a discount on the project and task management cloud service "Suit Up."
Campaign Overview
The campaign will run from December 30, 2025, to January 9, 2026. During this period, eligible SMEs and startups that apply through the Suit Up inquiry form and subsequently subscribe to the paid plan will receive a 20% discount until March 2026. Companies interested in participating are encouraged to fill out the inquiry form and specify "Suit Up 2025 Local Support Campaign" in the query section.

According to our simulations, a company with 30 employees may incur costs of approximately 1.19 million yen each month due to daily task progress checks between managers and team members. For SMEs, this represents a significant financial burden. By implementing team task management and making tasks more visible, this cost can be substantially reduced.
However, a survey conducted by Nulabo from October 6 to October 10, 2023, found that the majority of task management methods used by companies with fewer than 1,000 employees are not ideally suited for team management. The leading methods include email and calendar functions at 31.2%, handwritten notes at 30.6%, and business chat tools at 14.3%. Only 11.7% of those surveyed utilized dedicated task management tools, while 25.2% utilized Excel or spreadsheets for team management.
Thus, we believe that introducing team task management is the first step to enhancing productivity in SMEs, which is why we are launching this campaign.
Moving forward, Suits Inc. intends to continue holding discount campaigns for Suit Up, enabling SMEs to easily adopt and operate AI-assisted task management solutions.
